Hi all – still here! Things have been extremely busy in the household. Kids having birthdays, little princesses demanding to visit the Disney princesses and a new puppy – a yellow lab that we named Emmy.
I promise – pictures and more posts to come real soon.
I’m having some technical difficulties – so – I’m real busy working on rebuilding many components of my Internet experience.

My “little man” just turned 5!

It seems like it was just yesterday that my little man was – well – little. Here’s a picture of when he was 20 months old. He turned 5 this past Wednesday. Time sure does fly when you’re having fun.
We took him to Disney last Sunday (pictures to come), then we celebrated his birthday on Wednesday, with family only, and tomorrow we’re doing his birthday with all of his friends at one of those indoor inflatable places. He’s very excited. I’ll be sure to post pictures of that as well.
He’s in Pre-k right now and we’ve already signed him up and he was accepted in a private school next year. I can’t believe he’s getting ready for kindergarten already. I’m not looking forward to that first day of kindergarten at all.
He’s still my “little man” and I think he always will be. Right now he still likes to sit on my lap on the couch while we’re watching superhero cartoons and he likes it when I squeeze him tight and kiss him all over. I’m just wondering how much longer he will allow me to keep doing that.
Turning 5 just seems like this is that point of no return. Sure – he’s still a kid – but – there is just something about turning 5 that almost seems to automatically kick in that “big kid” mode. I don’t want him to be a big kid – yet! I’m still having so much fun with him being the little kid.
Is there any way we can slow down time?

Well – with Battlestar Galactica ending – I’ve decided to move my blog, rename it, and completely redesign it. I used to have My Frakkin Blog at today.com and My Frakkin Blog on blogger – as you can see – it’s no longer relevant. For you EC Droppers – this is my new card.
I attempted to move all my previous posts from those two blogs over to here – but – today.com won’t allow it. Apparently, whatever code they use in the export xml file won’t allow other wordpress blogs to import it. Additionally, I guess my blogspot posts are too old. Although when importing it does see my 93 posts over there – it won’t bring them over. So – if you’re interested – you can always go over there to remind yourselves of who I am. 
Anyway – As you can see – this is the very first post of the new blog and I don’t yet have all my widgets and things up and running again – so – effectively – I’m under construction.
But – Welcome to the new blog and please stop by again!
UPDATE – as you can see – I now have the widget working – just a work around for now though! Thanks for dropping!
